Job Summary:We are looking for a Medical Researcher with 3+ years of experience in clinical research, healthcare data analysis, or medical sciences to join our interdisciplinary team. This role will involve researching medical literature, analyzing healthcare data, and collaborating closely with our data scientists and AI engineers to develop meaningful healthcare insights. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in medical research, a keen analytical mindset, and a passion for improving patient care through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on medical conditions, treatments, and outcomes to support AI model development and healthcare applications.
  • Analyze clinical and healthcare data sets to identify patterns, trends, and potential insights.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to interpret findings and contribute to algorithm training and validation.
  • Stay current with medical literature, trends, and advancements relevant to SeventhSphere AI’s mission and projects.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of medical information that informs SeventhSphere’s healthcare solutions.
  • Ensure research and data practices comply with ethical guidelines and regulations, including HIPAA and data privacy standards.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Medical Science, Epidemiology, Public Health, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in medical research or clinical data analysis, ideally within healthcare technology or AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies, statistical analysis, and healthcare data privacy standards.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, or statistical software such as SAS).
  • Familiarity with medical databases (e.g., PubMed, EMR/EHR systems) and experience in literature reviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex medical information into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials or experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) related to patient data.
